Processing Time: 2 Weeks for your order to be made and shipped.
Shipping: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most U.S Orders arrive within 2-5 business days after shipping.
Local Pickup: If you are local to Lawton/Cache area, select local pick up at checkout and I will message you when your order is ready.
Return/exchange: Since each item is custom made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless your order is damaged or defective.
If theres an issue with your order, please contact me at bluesageco.shaelyn@gmail.com with your order and a photo of the issue. I will make it right with a replacement or a refund when applicable.

Hats take 20-30 business days to ship to me. Then shipping and processing times above begin.
